Some people think that surgery is the only cure for the problem, but I am about to tell you about a couple of great chest exercises for gynecomastia. It is no secret that it is probably a good idea to focus on your chest if you are interested in a reduction of your man boobs. Most likely, the fat will be on your lower chest, so it is best to perform a chest exercise that will target your upper chest.

The reason that you want to target your upper chest is so that your can burn the fat on your chest while building muscle tissue and at the same time making your breasts more even in appearance. An exercise that I recommend for this is the incline bench press exercise. In this exercise, you need an incline weight bench. Most flat benches can be made to incline in case you didn’t know. To perform the exercise, you should lay on the incline bench and raise the weight bar vertically towards the ceiling. To complete one repetition, lower the weight to your upper chest and then raise it again. Try to complete 6 to 8 repetitions with each set, and try to perform 3 sets whenever you do the exercise. You should also adjust the weight such that 6 to 8 repetitions are achievable in each set. A modification of this exercise is the incline dumbbell press in which dumbbells are used instead of a weight bar. Dumbbells have the advantage of allowing you to work each side of your body independently. When we use weight bars, our body’s stronger side tends to do more work while the other side gets shortchanged.

I have just presented two good exercises for gynecomastia. A treatment for gynecomastia doesn’t get any more natural than this. Performing these exercises a couple times per week will have the effect of making your gynecomastia decrease over time.

Klinefelter’s Syndrome
Klinefelter’s Syndrome is a condition used to describe males who possess two X chromosomes and one Y chromosome. The major effects of Klinefelter’s Syndrome are small testicles and reduced fertility. It is known that a possible side effect of the syndrome is man boobs.

Tumors
Tumors in the testes, adrenal glands, pituitary gland, as well as the lung and liver can all produce hormones that alter the testosterone/estrogen balance which can lead to man boobs.

The first medical condition that I would like to discuss is prostate cancer. You may be wondering how prostate cancer and gynecomastia are related. Whenever males have this extra X chromosome, it is called Klinefelter’s syndrome. The effects of the syndrome are infertility and gynecomastia. Drugs containing testosterone are sometimes prescribed to help the condition.

So as you can see, if you smoke marijuana and have gynecomastia, a simple treatment for the condition would be to stop smoking. Users of cannabis can have abnormal breast development. If you have trouble giving up pot, perhaps you could lower your daily dose at first.

Man boobs can also occur during puberty. During puberty, the male body goes through many changes. Man boobs can occur in teen males due to the fact that hormones are out of balance. The two hormones that need to be balanced in order to avoid man boobs are testosterone and estrogen. Testosterone is a hormone that is mostly produced in males, although produced in females as well. Testosterone is responsible for the development of body and facial hair, deep voices, sexual behavior and sperm cells. As a male ages, the production of testosterone decreases and it is said that testosterone production in males peak in a male’s early twenties. Since testosterone production decreases with age, there is a higher percentage of estrogen present in the body in relation to the percentage of testosterone which could in turn cause man boobs. When gynecomastia is caused by fat only, the condition is called pseudgynecomastia. In fact, most men think they have gynecomastia, when really what they have is pseudogynecomastia. One way to correct pseudogynecomastia is through surgery to remove the excess breast tissue, although surgery should only be used as a large resort. Compression in compression vests is usually measured in mmHg (mercury milligrams of pressure). The higher the mmHg number is the more pressure that is applied by the compression vest. The answer: The Decline Pushup

The nice thing about this exercise is that you do not need to work out in a gym. It can be done right in the comfort of your own home. To do the decline pushup exercise, lie on floor on your stomach with your feet on a small chair. If you cannot find a chair, use anything that you can find to raise your feet up. Once you have your body in the decline position, raise your chest off the floor using your hands. Perform as many repetitions as you can for one set. Each time you perform this exercise, try to do three sets.

Danazol is a by-product of testosterone and it works by decreasing the synthesis of estrogen from the testicles. Typically for this drug, doctors will treat a patient by prescribing a twice daily dose of 200 mg. Tamoxifen is a medicine that was originally developed for the treatment of breast cancer. The effect of the medication is that it prevents the binding between estrogen and its receptor. Therefore, this prevents the breast cancer cells from growing.

For gynecomastia, tamoxifen has been used in several applications. One of the popular brand names that tamoxifen is sold under is Nolvadex. It has been used to treat gynecomastia in men who developed gynecomastia as a result of undergoing prostate cancer treatment. In one study, ten patients were monitored for a certain time period while they took tamoxifen. Most of the patients had smaller breasts at the end. Bodybuilders also use the drug to prevent gynecomastia that is caused as a result of steroid use. Now listen to this! Tamoxifen is also used to prevent chest fat in sex offenders who are undergoing chemical castration. Now, do we really care if sex offenders have gynecomastia? I ‘ll let you think about that one.

Tamoxifen could potentially be an excellent alternative to gynecomastia surgical treatment. You should only take it if you are in good health. Consult your physician more more information.

 During the male breast reduction surgery, man boobs can be removed using tumescent liposuction, excision or both. Liposuction is a procedure that removes fat using a cannula which is a hollow tube and an aspirator which is a suction device. The surgeon inserts the cannula into a tiny incision in the breasts and gently sucks the fat out by moving the position of the cannula inside the chest area. The surgeon will essentially be sculpting your breasts and improving the contour of your chest. Liposuction is a widely used technique, and it has been around for over 40 years. If liposuction is not sufficient to get rid of gynecomastia during surgery, excision is used. Excision is a procedure in which glandular man boob tissue as well as excess skin is removed. 3. Anesthesiologist’s fee

4. Prescription costs for your recovery

5. Compression garments to help you heal post-surgery (some surgeons throw these in for free)

You should note that most likely, your insurance won’t cover the cost of gynecomastia surgery, because it is considered to be a cosmetic procedure. You should really sit down and make sure that you can afford the surgery before you proceed. To give you an idea, the total cost may vary anywhere from $5,000 to over $10,000 depending on the factors mentioned above.

This is another interesting one. The creators of this diet hypothesize that when grapefruits are combined with protein, fat loss is triggered by the interaction between protein and the mystery grapefruit enzyme. It is said that the weight comes back once you go off the diet. 

The Hollywod Miracle Diet

This diet revolves around a product that comes in two versions: a 24 hour version and a 48 hour version. The claims are that 5 pounds of weight can be lost in 24 hours by juice fasting. You basically deprive yourself of food and drink the product that contains all your daily vitamins and minerals. Celebrities use this diet to lose weight quickly for roles and appearances.

The Rice Diet

I should start by setting the record straight about the name of this diet. Most people think that this is a diet where you eat rice all the time, but it is quite the opposite. The diet was invented at Duke University and is intended to help people with conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. The first phase of the diet involves consuming only fruits and grains. The second phase of the diet adds fish, vegetables and as well as carbohydrates.

The Scarsdale Diet

This diet is much less structured than the diets mentioned above. It involves following a strict regimen for the first 14 days and then a less strict routine for another 14 days. This diet is considered to be somewhat unhealthy as only 700 calories are consumed for each day that you are on the diet.

The South Beach Diet

The South Beach diet is another diet whose goal is to reduce carbohydrate consumption. However, the difference is that this diet separates “good” carbohydrates from “bad” carbohydrates. Typically, bad carbohydrates are foods such as white bread and potatoes. This diet also has phases where certain where the first phase is the most strict. More foods are introduced in later phases.

The Zone Diet

So by now, you should have a pretty good grasp of dieting based on the descriptions above. In the zone diet, carbohydrates, proteins and fats are consumed in a strict 40:30:30 ratio. Even though carbohydrates have a 40 percent weighting, it is still considered to be a low carbohydrate diet.

The condition can affect the social life of every man involved. As dreadful as it may sound, if you are suffering from chest fat or gynecomastia, there is no reason to lose hope.
