If you are a man and have puffy nipples, then unfortunately, you probably have gynecomastia. Did you know that anywhere between 40% and 60% of men have man boobs now or have had them in the past? In this article, I would like to discuss a gynecomastia removal method.

Gynecomastia surgery is one way to get rid of the condition from your chest, but it is very expensive and only recommended if you have really large male breasts. There are natural breast reduction methods that you should try before going the surgical route. If you are unhappy with your body and health in general, you could try exercise. I am about to recommend an exercise that some of you may not like but it WORKS!

Drum roll please…………………It’s running! So why is this such a good exercise? It has been scientifically proven to burn calories in a short amount of time. You may be quick to say that you hate running or can’t run for very long. My question to you is this. Which do you hate worst: running or gynecomastia?

If you have never run beforre, try this method. Run for 30 seconds and then walk for 90 seconds. Repeat this 4 times to start. After this short routine, you would have completed a 10 minute interval workout. Do a few session of this 10 minute (not in the same day of course). As you get better, increase your total running time until you can do it for 20 minutes and eventually work your way up to 30 minutes. In time, you will keep doing it because you will see your enlarged breasts melting away. You can adapt this exercise to your skill level and can increase the time that you run and decrease the time that you walk.
